About the event
Join Pottery Northwest instructor Sierra Bundy for a hands-on ceramic workshop where tradition meets creativity. In this immersive session, participants will create their own hand-built mask inspired by the aesthetics and symbolism of traditional West African wooden mask-making. Using fundamental ceramic handbuilding techniques—such as slab construction, sculpting, and texturing—you’ll learn how to shape and form your own expressive mask in clay. All wares will be fired at Pottery Northwest and available for pickup at ARTE NOIR within 3-4 weeks.
