BIO
Marcus Mitchell was born in Florence, AZ, raised in Seattle, WA, and is one of four brothers. Marcus has strong family roots in Seattle’s Central District; his great-grandfather Reverend Norman Mitchell founded Goodwill Missionary Baptist Church on 16th & Fir in 1946.
In 2017, Marcus was the first in his family to receive a degree, when he graduated from the University of Washington with a BA in Communications and Media.
Marcus has proudly joined the ARTE NOIR family as the Guest Services Manager for the retail space, where he will connect with customers and artists in the community, with a goal to represent ARTE NOIR's mission and values, and leave a lasting, positive impression on everyone he interacts with.
In his leisure time, Marcus enjoys spending time with family, volunteering in his community, discovering new restaurants, working on cars, and participating in activities with his gun club.
