SHIPPING POLICY

ARTE NOIR offers shipping for purchases made through our online store only. Shipping options and costs will be displayed via the online store upon checkout. 

RETURN POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. CONSIDERATION WILL BE MADE IF AN ITEM IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE. IN THOSE CASES, A STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE FOR ITEMS OF EQUAL OR LESSER VALUE WILL BE GIVEN IF PURCHASED WITHIN 30 DAYS. STORE CREDITS EXPIRE AFTER 30 DAYS.

RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, if your item meets the eligibility, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to a store gift card for you.

SALE ITEMS 

Sale items are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

You may exchange your item(s) for something of equal value. If the exchange item is less than your original purchase item, you will receive a store credit for the balance. If the exchange item is greater than your original purchase item, you will be charged for the difference. (We will also make our best effort to replace items if they are defective or damaged.) 

 

Apothecary items like body/skin care, fragrances, hair and beard oils, used candles or coloring books and opened consumable items are exempt from store credit/exchanges. 

Additional non-returnable/exchangeable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Worn clothing and shoes

  • Sale/Discounted items

 

Receipt or proof of purchase is required for all exchange or store credit transactions.

GIFTS

If you receive an item from ARTE NOIR as a gift such as clothing or outwear and it is the incorrect size, you are welcome to exchange the item for something of equal value. See exchange policy above.
